Returns & Exchanges

​Due to the nature of original artwork and custom pieces, all sales are final on:

• Original watercolor paintings

• Custom artwork (including houses, pets, bouquets, collages, and personalized pieces)

Prints and non-custom items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the packaging

I will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items once verified.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Order Cancellations

Non-custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun.

​

Rush Orders

Rush or expedited orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Minnesota.

• Original artwork & custom orders:
  Processing times vary based on the piece. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Prints & non-custom items:
  Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS 

• Weather

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Carrier issues beyond control​

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the area.

• You will receive an email when your order is ready

• Pickup location and instructions will be provided after purchase

• Orders must be picked up within 3 business days unless otherwise arranged

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. I am happy to assist, but am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Custom Artwork

Custom artwork includes (but is not limited to):

• House portraits

• Pet portraits

• Birth month bouquets

• Collages

• Personalized or commissioned watercolor pieces

Each custom piece is hand-painted and created specifically for you.

How Custom Orders Work

• After purchase, you will receive instructions on how to submit your reference photos and details.

• Clear, high-quality photos and accurate information help ensure the best possible final piece.

• Production begins once all required details are received.

 

Turnaround Time

• Custom artwork turnaround times vary depending on the piece and current order volume.

• Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (when offered).

Please note: timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Proofs & Revisions

• Because each piece is hand-painted, digital proofs are not provided unless otherwise stated.

• Minor adjustments may be considered at the artist’s discretion before final delivery.

• Significant changes, additional subjects, or redesigns may require an additional fee.

Custom artwork is created in the artist’s unique style. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the artistic interpretation of your reference materials.

Exact replication of photos, colors, or details is not guaranteed.
